Alastair Stewart

Alastair Stewart is an internationally recognized Journalist, Broadcaster and Moderator.

He joined the UK’s Independent Television News (ITN) as the Industrial Correspondent in 1980. He is currently the Anchor of the daily “London Tonight” News and Current Affairs Programme.

Alastair is one of the most prolific News and Current Affairs presenters and has hosted programmes as diverse as “Police Camera Action” and “The Parliament Programme”.

As the anchor of ITN’s “News At Ten” he was their Washington correspondent and less than 4 days after he relinquished this role he found himself in Saudi Arabia, anchoring ITN's coverage of the Gulf War.

Alistair is also internationally known as an excellent Facilitator, Moderator and Conference Host.
